*LGM will be streamed and recorded*
Nothing can beat meeting in person, but the second best thing is live streams and recordings.
We are more than excited to be partnering with @chaoswesttv to broadcast the LGM live online and to capture the sessions on video for later viewing via https://media.ccc.de
While you can stay at home and enjoy the spectacle from afar, our speakers will have to travel to get into the focus of our cameras. To ease their effort, we are organizing a reimbursement program.
If you’d like to help make this possible, please consider donating. Your support makes all the difference—thank you!

I also included a personal note on the decision, as I received mixed feedback.

The Call for Participation has concluded!
However, we can presumably fit some more contributions into the schedule; there might be a chance for latecomers to have their proposals included.

Looking for someone or a group to organize and host the 'State of Libre Graphics' presentation at LGM! It's a classic tradition and would be great to revive this year. Scheduled right after the opening on Wednesday, 20 minutes (with
the option to extend a bit). Perfect for remote prep + local contribution.
Program item: https://libregraphicsmeeting.org/2025/program/state_of_libre_graphics/
We'll set up a GitHub repo like 2019's: https://github.com/libregraphicsmeeting/state-of-lg-2019
Call for contributions will be similar to the 2016 format, but feel free to organize differently if you're taking this on! https://libregraphicsmeeting.org/2016/state-of-libre-graphics-union-2016/
I can't take this on myself—already stretched thin—but this would be a fantastic effort. Who's in? 😊
