"Not having consistency in a user experience is how things start to feel bad." Michael Trythall at Lincoln Loop shared some ways to avoid bad architecture in Wagtail CMS at #DjangoConUS. Some of the system principles he recommended were:
- Avoid deep nesting. Four levels maximum.
- Respect the editor's time. Make it easy to find things.
- Use user-friendly labels. Find out what words your users use and use them.
