I gave a lightning talk at #DjangoCon for day 2 titled "Building things when you have a cluttered mind 🧠"
I was worried it wouldn't be received well, but several folks have reached out to say they felt seen and validated and that the talk was helpful. That has really made my week!
🥰
Check out the slides if you're interested.
I have made a few small changes to the #DjangoCon fedidevs page and I now also have some statistics to share:
There were 202 posts and 1183 favorites about the conference so far. The most favorited post currently has 372 favorites. ✨
Anything else that I can add to make the page better?

Excellent use of Spanish as an example of how groups of people use the feminine article (las) in some groups (nurses, secretaries, cooks, etc) while others (doctors, construction workers, athletes, etc) use the masculine (los), leading to conditioning since birth by @nessita
Also in this edition of the DjangoCon US 2023 conference we took the usual group photo 📸
It was a fun time after the busy day 🎉

So glad for #DjangoCon masking policy and testing requirements.
This is my first convention in 4 years, and if there wasn't such a complete masking and testing policy I wouldn't be able to be here.
We're ALL masking, and it feels so good.
