I just had a chance to watch @jack talk āTroubleshooting is a Lifestyle šā from #DjangoCon and I just love this line
> Asking for help is not a sign of failure - it's a strategy
Such great advice!
While driving into the office today I was listening to @djangochat and nearly spit out my coffee when @CodenameTim mentioned my #DjangoCon talk and was happy to hear that @carlton has started to implement some of the advice from it. Like, holy moly what a surreal moment! Thank you for the kind words
Anyway, super great episode. Everyone should go listen to it

Sitting on the runway, waiting for the plane to board back home after #DjangoCon and adding my thoughts on @wsvincent post about āUpdating startproject with default login/signup/logout optionsā early on a Saturday morning as one does.

Feeling the post conference blues pretty hard, and itās only been like 3 hours! Luckily, @kojoidrissa has me (and you!) covered. Essential reading for me right now
thanks to @pythonbynight for posting it in the #DjangoCon slack so i was able to easily find it
Every time I leave #DjangoCon I am both so very happy for the time I got to spend with everyone, and so very sad that the time is over. Thanks to everyone that makes this the most amazing conference I get to go to each year. Iām looking forward to āseeingā you all on Mastodon, but really looking forward to the next time we get to meet in person. Safe travels to everyone!
@pythonbynight gave a great, moving, heart warming keynote today on how to be a better developer.
The most unrealistic part about The Orville was the fact that the non piloting crew in the shuttles would stand as they descended to planets and even with turbulence they wouldnāt get tossed around like rag dolls. Otherwise it's just about the most perfect show.
This random thought courtesy of the turbulence as I landed in Phoenix on my way to Durham for #DjangoCon
And of course the first day of rain in MONTHS would be today š¤£š¤£š¤£ #DjangoCon
