Big week ahead! 🔥
Tomorrow, .NET 8 will be released, and #dotnetconf 2023 will start!
I'm sure you're busy and cannot attend the whole conference.
I will do my best and update you with everything you need to know about .NET 8 and C# 12.
See you on YouTube! 📺🚀
For me, the most important features in C# 12 are:
- Primary constructors
- Collection expressions
Nice to have:
- Improved Tuples
- Spread operator (..)
Tuples in C# 12 look great! It feels a lot more natural this way! #dotnetconf
Razor Components using Entity Framework (CRUD) scaffolding is pretty slick in Blazor .NET 8! #dotnetconf
Allows for fast prototyping!
I'm 99% sure we won't get Visual Studio 2024 today. #dotnetconf
I'm currently working on a comprehensive video about AOT in .NET 8.
It takes more time than I thought, but I want to double-check everything and ensure the information I pass along is accurate.
Stay tuned. #dotnetconf
Here I say it: .NET and C# are in PRIME time! 🚀 #dotnetconf
The best thing about .NET 8 is that being an LTS release, more developers will finally benefit from everything that happened between .NET 6 and .NET 8! #dotnetconf
