While in Prague during #europython2025, we asked @sheena about her favorite Python library. It’s always hard to pick just one, isn’t it?
Check out what made it to the list 🐍
We love our attendees' opinions about EuroPython, not only when they are as lovely as the one which we heard from @webknjaz
Any feedback allows us to learn, improve, and create the best conference we possibly can. But we admit—among all feedback, the positive one fills our hearts the most 😇
“Volunteering at EuroPython made me realize that people can make you go far. Doing it all alone is possible but doing it as a team makes a big difference. "

“Seeing how an event like this is created from the inside is incredible, plus the team is lovely, and you'll learn a lot because you’ll be surrounded by top people from the community. ”

“Nothing beats the smiles and thank you’s you get when the conference is over. Plus, it is an amazing feeling to be part of something bigger than yourself.”

Finally official dates and location for EuroPython 2026 are out! 🎉
EuroPython is heading to Kraków, Poland, from July 13–19, 2026, and it’s great to see the conference also celebrating its 25th anniversary next year. 🎂
Really looking forward to this one 👀

Did you know how many EuroPython conferences @egeakman attended before becoming a board member of the EuroPython Society? We generally think that attending the conference is the best motivation to volunteer and get involved in organizing the next edition, and Ege proves that.
“Don’t be afraid to volunteer, even if it involves leading one of the teams or contributing to a team you have no experience with. You can learn the needed skills while volunteering."

Did you know that one of the activities during the latest EuroPython conference was a snack exchange? We encouraged everyone traveling for the conference to bring favorite snacks from their countries.
While we're still not sure which snack was Bojan's favorite, it looks like Moisés may have given something away with that leading question! 🍬
While in Prague during the last conference, we asked @@[email protected] about a favorite command line utility 🛠️ Oh, isn't this a question that could start a debate that could heat any room during the winter?
