We are thrilled to share that Guido van Rossum will be returning to EuroPython as one of our keynote speakers!
Guido is the creator of Python. He served as Python’s Benevolent Dictator For Life until 2018, guiding the language’s design and evolution, and helping to shape one of the most influential open source communities in the world.
Don’t miss your chance to hear what Guido has to say - join us in Kraków, or watch remotely, between 13th and 19th July.
We have a very unique keynote this year: Guido van Rossum - the creator of Python - will be the guest on an episode of the https://core.py podcast, recorded live from the conference stage by @ambv and Pablo Galindo Salgado!

We love our attendees' opinions about EuroPython, not only when they are as lovely as the one which we heard from @webknjaz
Any feedback allows us to learn, improve, and create the best conference we possibly can. But we admit—among all feedback, the positive one fills our hearts the most 😇
While in Prague during #europython2025, we asked @sheena about her favorite Python library. It’s always hard to pick just one, isn’t it?
Check out what made it to the list 🐍
“Volunteering at EuroPython made me realize that people can make you go far. Doing it all alone is possible but doing it as a team makes a big difference. "

Everyone has their favorite thing about EuroPython. This one is hard to argue with, though the conference is a yearly gathering of so many creators and open-source maintainers whom we know and admire. It gives everyone a chance to grab someone, perhaps after their talk, and ~ask about an issue status~ show our appreciation for their contribution to the ecosystem 😅
