Yesterday I announced @djangoconeurope 2027 in Innsbruck during @europython lightning talks in Krakow 🇪🇺
As at every conference, I met so many people, had great conversations, and took lots of selfies. 📸
Meeting people in person is one of my favourite parts of community events. It's always nice to catch up with old friends, meet new ones, and share a few moments together.
Thank you to everyone who agreed to take a selfie with me and for your patience. I hope to see many of you again! 💙🐍

After arriving in Kraków directly from Pescara, I joined the EuroPython Speakers Dinner. 🍻
A big thank you to the organizers for making it happen once again. It's always a great way to get into the conference atmosphere, meet speakers and organizers, and catch up with friends who make EuroPython such a special event. 🇪🇺

My favourite EuroPython traditions is the pizza night 🍕
Everytime, wherever the conference is held, the Italian community gets together for a pizza. This year it happened here in Kraków. It's a nice way to meet friends, especially since many of us now live in different parts of the world 🇮🇹
After a full conference day, with no evening social event, it was the perfect chance to relax, enjoy a great pizza, chat together, have a beer, and take a walk through the city 🇵🇱

During these three days at @europython , I spent some time at the @django booth together with other volunteers from the Django community.
A big thank you to everyone who gave their time and energy to be there, talking with attendees who were interested in Django, answering questions, and sharing what makes our community so welcoming.
It's always great to see new people discovering Django and meeting the people behind the project. 💚🐍

EuroPython is heading to Kraków, Poland, from July 13–19, 2026, and it’s great to see the conference also celebrating its 25th anniversary next year. 🎂

Last night I joined the @europython social event. 🎉
I took part in the contest for the oldest EuroPython memorabilia and won a magnet thanks to my EuroPython 2011 T-shirt and badge. It was fun to see so many memories from past editions! 🥳
I also spent some time playing pool with other attendees. I'm definitely not very good at it, but it was a great excuse to chat, laugh, and enjoy the evening together. 🎱

Today I spent the whole day at the Community Organisers Summit at @europython 2026. 🇪🇺
It was a great opportunity to connect with other community organizers, share experiences, and talk about the challenges and opportunities we all face when building local Python communities. 🐍
A big thank you to everyone who organized the summit and to all the facilitators for creating such an open and welcoming space. 💙
