I'm worried about the direction #euruko is taking, that is towards gigantism. Last year was the first conference (of the last ~10y at least) that lasted 3 days instead of 2. This year it's again 3 days, there is 44 speakers (!) so I assume it's gonna be multi track.
I'm worried that it continues to grow and before you know we have a European version of RailsConf with 10 tracks that costs 800€ and becomes unsustainable for any local ruby group to organize.
