Because I'm an optimist, I submitted a few talks to FOSDEM in the hope one might be accepted. Because I'm lucky, I got two speaking slots. Because I'm an idiot, I decided to do both talks. On the same day. An hour apart. On opposite ends of the venue.

Really enjoyed #FOSDEM - my first ever!
But there's a bit of me which wants to talk about some of the snags without sounding like a whinger.
And without accidentally volunteering to fix them all 😄
Good point about AI. Having a bot answer support requests is pretty good for users and excellent for financials.
But it prevents a community from developing.
People drive-by for an answer and never get embedded into community discussions.
