The Ghost approach to #ActivityPub looks great. They get it. Real engagement and ongoing conversations not just broadcasting. Content is already federated, while search is still confined to the local server. They’re working on search federation through service providers hosting content. #Fediscovery is a project to implement federated search on activitypub federated and decentralised networks. There is already a repository available for the specifications drafts.
