My talk at #FOSDEM is now online! Thanks to @lminiero and @marquisdegeek for hosting the Music Production dev room at FOSDEM this year! Looking forward to next year, oh yeah!
Get the most out of Linux for music production

And on my way back home from #fosdem. Had a blast. Until next year!
Turns out one of the #fosdem volunteers is staying at the same b&b. And guess what, we had already met in Lyon at the Linux Audio Conference 2025. So we caught up and had a great conversation about FOSDEM, languages and post digital luthiery.
I also spotted a box in the hallway with Gueuzes and Lambiks in it. Asked the owner of the b&b about this and he kindly offered to pick one. I went for the 3 Fonteinen Pruim Mirabelle. Amazing stuff.
And now a talk I've been looking forward to: Simon Repp on #Faircamp.
The #fosdem #MusicProductionDevRoom thread toot for the last two talks!
No photo of Xavier Lambier's talk about PAW, a programmable DAW. Great talk and the subject ticked quite some boxes for me, but....
I'd like to counter one of the premises of his talk though, #Ardour has a built in scripting engine with which you should be able to add a knob quite easily.
The floor is for Steve Goodwin @marquisdegeek with MIDI Live performer. Fun performance!
Linux Pro audio... like a pro! is up now. Some tech issues but always great to get introduced to someone's workflow!
