Off to bed. Had a great evening with some colleagues and some good food in downtown Brussels. See you tomorrow!

@boegel Thank you for a thoroughly enjoyable talk. I think that most if not all people in the audience really enjoyed it. A standout must see talk from this year.

Thank you so much for sharing your wisdom and very dry sense of humour with so many of us. It felt less like a talk and more like a conversation in a bar over some very good beers.

I am in a place that needs more rollerblades.

@phl but at least there's a Perl booth in K. It's rather a Raku booth (I'm coding quite a lot in Perl5 and not really convinced to switch to Raku. If I learn a new language, it will be Rust).

I wonder what the breakdown of sponsors is for . Like, how much does it cost to run, and how much of that is just google and red hat? What would we have to donate per person to cover it ourselves?

First day at was really great! Fortunately public transport worked well enough even though the SNCB (& friends) just came out of a strike yesterday.

We weren’t able to explore everything yet, but I’m looking forward to talking to some more people tomorrow. Sadly I feel like we’re still lacking some bigger efforts in the video editing community, but I’m looking hopeful at some of the new projects. Maybe next year we can organise something in that direction as a community if we find enough people for it. :) Still looking forward to the talk on podcasts with free software.
