Loving the complexity theme this morning at #fwd50 trying to solve complex problems with approaches that work with complicated problems does not work with complex issues according to @tomski. Every public servant, especially leaders should know the difference. The key is the feedback loop.

the plan is the plan until it changes - need to start with the understanding that the solution is unknowable at the start. "Go where the hamsters are friendly."
Designing solutions with Modularity is another part of dealing with complexity. #FWD50
