Dished out something like 200 stickers at #fwd50 over the 3 days - hope I get to see some of them on laptops or wherever in the future - always makes me smile. Especially when people don't know where they came from.
That is #FWD50 all done for me - finished with a lovely bunch of round table chats about hiring, retention and more.
Thanks to all my Canadian crew for a great 3 days and to the organisers for a wonderful and well run event! See you next year maybe 🤔

I do think (and I've said it before) that it all needs a refresh - or at least a formal reflection. It has been a decade plus and there is too much dogma now. We (and I'm part of the problem) failed to be agile about it all - we missed out on the interate, iterate, iterate element! #fwd50
