Decompressing after an incredible day of talks at North Bay Python. Having a one track conference is truly special. There's a sense of camaraderie that's sometimes missing from larger conferences.
And there's still room for the "hallway track" between talks, at lunch, during break, and so on... if that's something you look for at conferences.

Day one of #NBPy 2024 down, and there is truly nothing better as an organiser than hearing feedback that what we're trying to achieve with the show is landing with attendees. One more day to go, and I can't wait!

(Before I scare our mission-focused people at our fiscal sponsor: #NBPy is an event to improve the quality of conversation in and around the #Python community. We put people in a "room" in a nice spot and see what happens.
We need non-Python people to show up for that to work, and we hope that non-Python people benefit from what we do too.)
