#PyConUS “main events” have concluded, and I am beyond grateful to once again have gotten the opportunity to help make the event happen.
I met a goal this year of seeing all of my reports speak. I also got to *enjoy* my days in the moment so much this year, not just be satisfied and proud of the work.
Thank you Maria Ashna, and thank you @Monorepo, yall being on the team has created so much capacity for great things, and your efforts this year onsite were a game changer for me.
This has to be a record: 45 minutes from start of the sprint to the first challenge coin! Congratulations to Amit for fixing a glaring typo in a README! #PyConUS
PyCon was lots of fun! The slides for my talk on processing large JSON files without running out of memory:

Looking forward to videos getting posted so I can watch all the talks I ended up missing due to scheduling conflicts/practicing my talk/getting lost/meeting someone in the hallway.
We'll have a full recap blog post out soon, but we wanted to take a moment to celebrate a fantastic #PyConUS! We all had a great time. Thank you so much #PyConUS2025 organizers! And a special thank you to our friends @django, who shared their booth space and collaborated on meetups with us. We were a powerful team of advocates for Python web dev! 🙌

Had a great time hacking on @aiohttp (bdraco and @webknjaz).
Got a few new contributors and @sirosen lurking in, as well as @achimnol the aiomonitor maintainer.
Looking forward to gathering again tomorrow!

Had a wonderful time at #PyConUS this weekend and met many wonderful people! Thank you to everyone who came to the #py5 open space to talk about #python and #creativecoding . I'll be at PyCon US 2026 next May in Long Beach, CA!
