I am a musician who never wanted to make a DAW, but was simply forced to. An idea I had 13 years ago before bed, is now almost 1M lines of code.

Ephemera is a DAW built for music that lives and reacts to the world around it. By assigning audio samples to specific conditions, artists open up endless "Dimensions" for a song to exist in. Result: millions of unique combinations. Make music that seamlessly crossfades based on the time of day, weather, seasons, location, moon , tides, and beyond.
