RubyKaigi 2024では、会期中に会場で運営のお手伝いをしてくださる方を募集します。 特に、RubyのコミュニティやKaigiが大好きすぎて、普通に一般参加するだけでは物足りない方からのご応募をお待ちしております。 いくつか注意事項がありますので、下記の要項をご確認いただいた上でご応募をお願いします。 ■ RubyKaigi 2024 開催概要 公式サイト: https://rubykaigi.org/2024/ 開催日時: 2024/5/15(水) 〜 2023/5/17(金) 場所: 那覇文化芸術劇場なはーと ■ お願いしたい役割 開催当日の朝(8時頃)に会場に集合していただき、会場設営・整備、受付、誘導、終了後の撤収などのお手伝いをお願いします。 会期中の作業の状況や内容によっては、本編のトークを一部見ることができない可能性があります。 （見たいトークがある場合は、ご希望にはできるだけ応えたいのでご相談ください） また、必須ではありませんが、前日5/14(0日目)に会場設営をお手伝いいただける方や、日常英会話ができなくはない方を歓迎します。 ■ 応募にあたっての注意事項 ・すでにRubyKaigiのチケットをお持ちの方は後日払い戻しを行います ・交通費や宿泊費等の金銭的な補助はありません ・託児所をご利用いただけます（別途申し込みが必要です） ・ご応募いただく前に、RubyKaigiの「アクセシビリティについて」、「RubyKaigiアンチハラスメントポリシー」をご確認ください https://rubykaigi.org/2024/policies/ （スタッフはポリシー違反の報告を受ける立場にもなります。会期中の安全を確保する側としてもご協力をお願いいたします） ■ 募集期間 2024/4/12 23:59(JST)まで (早めに締め切る場合もあります) ■ 選考結果案内 選考が終わり次第、フォームに入力いただいたメールアドレスに結果をお伝えします。
