Do you want to know about Spyder’s inception and first years? 🤔
Check out this nice recap from @pierre_raybaut , our creator! 🧐
My Talk from #scipy2024 on "From Spyder to DataLab: 15 years of scientific software crafting in Python" is now available online: https://youtu.be/MKPUuV1LEqk. (Kudos to
@SciPyConf organizers for a faultless performance from start to finish)
@spyder_ide
many talks from this year's #scipy2024 #scipy conference are up on youtube
All the talk recordings from #SciPy2024 are now up on the SciPy YouTube channel in the following playlist: https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PL1PbeFStIOoO7rDLs431H-rn0h24Wr80S&si=oN5UXm86uCr9yzmw Enjoy!
Finally got around to finishing my recounting of the #scipy2024 conference. I had a great time meeting people and discussing #scikitimage and scientific Python in general there! 😊

A tribute to
@SciPyConf organization's, an extract from the post on #SciPy2024 on my blog:

Just published on my blog a post on my feedback from #scipy2024

Spoiler: I can't wait to get back.
@SciPyConf : thanks again for having me this year!
immediate impacts of #scipy2024 so far:
1) ditched vscode for vscodium
2) made my first presentation in quarto: 1h, 68 lines of markdown to generate 10 slides. I'm never going back.
I've just started a blog, motivated by my (very inspiring!) attendance at @SciPyConf (I'll post about that): https://pierreraybaut.github.io
@ivanov 👋(never been closer to) following your advice about writing things that didn't fit in my 25-min talk at #SciPy2024
