Phew... Ngl, I'm a bit nervous about my first flight since 2019 coming up tomorrow, and attending a conference *in person* for the first time since then as well.

As per tradition, before a conference I prepared a homemade pasta dish 🍝
The secret for me is to have few but fresh ingredients, in fact I grow some of them on the balcony 🌱
