And as usual I am asking #FOSDEM community for any updates to my "How to survive FOSDEM" post.
Since I wrote it 5 years ago it post with biggest amount of changes. Each year many people read it. Many times during event I was thanked for it.
So if you see some outdated info there then please reply.
Boost for visibility.

So far no one suggested changes this year.
Ten years ago travelling for #FOSDEM meant going to city centre and buying Belgian sim card.
Nowadays it is EU roaming. With 156GB of data to use for 3 weeks.
One hundred fifty six gigabytes. Numbers changed. A lot.

We are in 71 bus. At the first stop, as tradition says.
And the bus is almost empty. Sure, all seats are taken but you can walk freely inside.
Is it really #fosdem weekend?
Opened https://github.com/FOSDEM/website/issues/279 to start discussion about migrating it to #FOSDEM infrastructure.
https://gpages.juszkiewicz.com.pl/fosdem-videos/ shows that so far no #fosdem videos were published.
Which is nothing strange. The videos need to be transcoded, emails sent, read, links clicked.
But they will be online soon.
#FOSDEM soon. Today I finished booking travels and hotels for our after event trip.
What left is registering for "partner/spouse trips" and finding people for dinners.
And no Delirium Cafe until Sunday. Too crowdy.
@kirschner #FOSDEM started recordings in 2012. Just some rooms/talks are available.
I have a page allowing to check which recording are available:
#FOSDEM 2025 is coming. First version of schedule is already present, some speakers uploaded slides already.
So my "FOSDEM videos" table covers next year of conference already.
