Guys, I can't believe it, open source VRChat is here. It's called @overte and it's actually fast. It supports hundreds of people in a single instance and the editor is actually built into the game. You can hang out with your friends and make worlds together. This is INSANE.
The are working on support for Vulkan to make it even faster. Also VRM models so you can have anime girls, of course.
Taking my #EV to Brussels to #FOSDEM was a shit idea.

I decided, fuck it, I'm just going to bring full on soldering tools and a multimeter to #FOSDEM. So if anyone needs to borrow something, send them to me.
I'll be driving to #FOSDEM in my beloved 2015 Renault Zoe EV.
This will be the first time that I take it on a trip longer than its ~130 km range, so I will need charging breaks. Wish me luck 🤞🏻
