Kicked off the morning with another keynote by our Content Chair and Founder @acroll, following up with presentations by Tom Loosemore (Partner, Public Digital), Aaron Reich (CTO, Avanade), Mirko Kleiner (Lean-Agile Procurement Alliance), Martha Edwards (Service Designer, BC Public Service), Peter Near (Field CTO, VMware), and Catherine Luelo, the CIO of the Government of Canada!
Day 2 at #FWD50 2023 has wrapped!
From excellent keynotes in the morning to main stage takeovers (thank you Public Digital, the crew at RDGS, and the Beeck Center for Social Impact + Innovation), to interactive workshops taking place in-person and online (shout out to Apolitical), we couldn't have asked for more inspiring content on digital government!
What a way to kick off our third and final day at #FWD50 2023!
We've had our host @acroll set the stage for Nele Leosk (Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Estonia) to summarize Estonia's digital development over the past 30 years, followed by a chat with John Cousens (Google Cloud), Honey Dacanay (McMaster University) dropping some big truths about Canada's digital journey, and finally Riley Ohler (J5 Design) sharing an incredibly powerful reminder to design with compassion and empathy.
And most importantly, a huge thank you to all our attendees from all over the world who have tuned into the conference both in-person and online! We appreciate the support and we cannot wait for the next edition of #FWD50 where we will continue to strive to answer our fundamental question: How can we use technology to make society better for all?
