You know, I’ve followed and read @sboots’s thought pieces for a long time, but I am not sure if I can truly pay close attention to his 12 hours and 25 minutes long talk today at #fwd50

@bethmaru I like the idea of Mastodon but for the accounts that I like to follow 50% are still on X and the other 50% seem to be mainly active on LinkedIn. Maybe @sboots’s attempt to use #fwd50 to get more public servants to be active here, can be the turning point?

I am grieving that officials & civil servants from U.S. government aren’t active participants in #fwd50 in person & online. I may be missing folks who are streaming & chatting on the @fwd50conf platform, so caveat this, but public timelines are empty. Feels like a missed chance.
