Last couple of days of talks were a blur so much was happening here are some photos. #DjangoConUS

Last night with a great group of Djangonauts we took a short walk in the center of Durham and had dinner together with proper southern food 🇺🇲

It was a wonderful evening and the dinner was delicious 😋

One talk I really enjoyed at #DjangoConUS was https://2023.djangocon.us/talks/swiss-army-django-small-footprint-etl/ by @coderanger.

In it he talked about using async #Python as a light weight task runner which is an idea I’m definitely going to steal for some of the cron-like background tasks I run for https://devmarks.io.

After DjangoCon US 2023, this afternoon we had a beautiful hike near Durham 🏞️

The Cox Mountain Trail Loop was beautiful, as was the company 🤩
