PyCon US 2026 2026

After 20 hours of traveling, I finally arrived at the hotel in Long Beach for the conference 🌍

Already met a few friends, took some selfies, and had a first quick look around the city.

So far, Long Beach looks really beautiful ☀️

RevealJS!

attendees: Can recommend Royal Grill (445 E. 1st St., just northeast of the Westin.) Nothing fancy or "reinterpreted" or "a fresh spin", just straightforward American-Mediterranean classics like shawarma, falafel, börek, lentil soup, etc. 👍

I guess it’s time to blow the dust off of this very lonely social media account. It’s time! Looking forward to catching up with folks, especially considering I missed last year (the only in-person PyCon I’ve missed since 2014!)
