#aws #reinvent Control Tower will provide prescriptive backup plans. More of this please.

I think this is the first time I’ve seen Apple on stage at an AWS keynote, and especially as a customer; that was a closely guarded but broadly known secret for quite a while #reinvent

Among other challenges, they wrestled with hard problems around right-sizing permissions, self-service cloud resource management, and resilient automated migrations into hundreds of accounts at a time — all for live, production systems, as the one and only Netflix team responsible for cloud security

I watched most of the Peter DeSantis #reinvent Monday evening keynote and didn’t see any sustainability discussion. It seemed like an awkward mix of too geeky for most people but with little real technical meat for people who are interested in how #AWS works.

#aws #reinvent I won't comment on all the updates overnight. Most of them are pretty boring and niche. Also there's the disposable AI junk that is mandatory these days.
