Since I wrote it 5 years ago it post with biggest amount of changes. Each year many people read it. Many times during event I was thanked for it.

Logistics, public transport, some info for fiance(e), what to do before/after FOSDEM etc.
2025 #fosdem was different than previous ones. For me.
Took daughter with me, she enjoyed it.
I saw a few talks, met some friends, spoke with randoms.
Going out now. Food hunt time and food trucks are not an option.
#fosdem attendees usually know about existence of Jeanneke pis statue. Because it is next to entry to Delirium Cafe.
Today was the first time I saw grates open. And statue got a new life compared to what I saw years ago.
Before #fosdem group photo there was "who was here in XYZ year, rise your hand" phase.
It felt good when I kept my hand up for most of time.
Since 2007 I skipped two editions. Will be here next year.
"i can not afford to not be as FOSDEM" motto stays.
Work on getting searchable events page for #FOSDEM is going nice.

Ten years ago travelling for #FOSDEM meant going to city centre and buying Belgian sim card.
Nowadays it is EU roaming. With 156GB of data to use for 3 weeks.
One hundred fifty six gigabytes. Numbers changed. A lot.
