I'm angry that such an impactful bug has been sitting open for a year and a half, and I absolutely don't have time to fix it myself, otherwise I would have fixed it long ago. I just can't do it all myself.

You know, OpenStreetMap data is under a license with attribution and sharealike clauses. Pokemon Go does neither, but is clearly using OSM data. (EDIT: they do attribute OSM copyright in their apps somewhere, but they don't mention the ODBL despite pasting in the whole license for each font they use.)

I wonder how we can force compliance on them.

Considering writing a talk about "Boring software", covering some solid (boring) technology to build your apps. What would you want to see?
