@polotek Sounds like a dream. I’ve seen a lot of “we sold this and the client expects it in 3 months, when can you have it ready?” followed by a complete lack of clarity about the definition of “this” and admonitions against talking to the client for product discovery since that would reveal the fact it hasn’t been built.
never compromise on quality. you can sacrifice scale safely by charging more for better products. people will happily pay more for better
